Improvised Thai curry.

















the LOVER was for rice, even with a "sharp" - which lends itself better to a Thai curry?
without prescription, but with all the thousands of hungry, I went then to the kitchen, surrounded by:
  • basmati rice (1 bag)
  • 300 g chicken breast fillet
  • 1 can of coconut milk
  • red curry paste
  • some tomato puree
  • 3-5 carrots (depending on size)
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • a little peanut butter
  • salt, pepper, lemon grass, chili, paprika
First, I have the green onions, carrots, pepper and the meat cut into pieces and then in oil (coconut-chili Oil in my case - highly recommended and appropriate) browned and season with salt and pepper. Stir in the curry paste, then - how much you take it depends very much on the particular paste. Mine was not sooooo hot, so I put about 2 tablespoons. * Estimated *
Now you poured on the whole with the coconut milk and stir in the tomato paste. Season with lemon grass, chili and paprika, Stir in peanut butter, and possibly prevent the liquid.
simmer a little (10 minutes) and then serve with the rice.
the rice is banking on your best, just before you give add the coconut milk, then adjusts the time quite well, I think.

Was very tasty and love once again claimed to have found a court for its "Top 5". He says, however, every time, so slowly I do not take him more seriously. ;)
