Screamin Serpent Instrukcja

Kanelbullar and Oatmeal Cookies.

The dearest is going on tour and caring, as I am, I made sure that he can pack enough food. filling and easy to eat, it should be and I decided to Kanelbullar, so Swedish cinnamon buns:

For this you need:

For the dough:
  • 75 g butter 250 ml milk
  • 30 g yeast 75 g sugar
  • 1 / 2 teaspoon salt
  • 400-450 g flour
For the filling:
  • 50 g butter 100 g sugar
  • about 1 tablespoon cinnamon 1 egg
  • coarse sugar (I used vanilla sugar hail) Melt the butter gently
in a pot, then add the milk and heat the whole gently until it is about body temperature. Then the yeast is dissolved.
sugar, salt and flour mix in a mixing bowl and then add the yeast-milk-butter mixture. The whole thing with your hands into a smooth dough. The dough should not stick too much, but when he does that, simply add a little flour.
Cover the dough and then leave about 45 minutes walk (quietly into the warm living room set or the like.).

After the dough and knead once more neatly, divided into 3 parts and roll each third to a floured work surface into a rectangle (not too thick). The dough with the melted butter spread, cinnamon and sugar mix and generously sprinkle on the dough. Now roll up the dough and cut with a sharp knife, about 3 cm thick pieces. Place on a baking sheet (do not forget baking paper) and let go again about 30 minutes.

The individual roles with the whisked Brush egg, sprinkle coarse sugar on it and at 250 ° C for about 7 - (! Forget preheat) Bake 8 minutes. Covered, or the words under a tea towel etc., Leave to cool.

Kanelbullar one of my absolute favorites in the winter and even made them taste the same three times as great as purchased. :)

addition, there was still Oatmeal Cookies:

I have them to this made recipe and find it really yummy!

Then let's hope that the Lord of the trip as well survive. :)

Get Rid Of Aluminum Taste In Canned Sauce

Banoffee brownies.

From my Twix White Cupcakes adventure last week was still a lot left to Dulce de Leche and since my good stuff pure something * was * too much, I was thinking how I could handle it otherwise. First I wanted to make a correct Banoffee pie, but this was not enough left of course again, so I have tinkered Banoffee brownies . And so go:
  • 120 g butter
  • 200 g dark chocolate (at least 70%)
  • 25 g cocoa powder (for baking, so unsweetened)
  • 3 eggs
  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 / 2 teaspoon vanilla powder or 1 vanilla bean
  • 140 g flour
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 / 2 lemon ( juice)
  • Dulce de Leche (about 3 tablespoons)
the butter in a saucepan over low heat melt gently, then break the chocolate into small pieces and add. melt stirring well, then remove from heat and stir in the cocoa powder with a whisk. cool briefly.
In the meantime, chop the bananas and drizzle with lemon juice.
the eggs and sugar until fluffy. The chocolate and vanilla powder or Mark to add a vanilla bean and mix well. Then sieve in the flour and stir the dough smooth. Finally, fold in carefully the banana.

A Brownie form with baking paper and pour in the batter. Smoothing and a few spots Dulce de Leche sit on (I have the caramel again gently heated in the microwave, so it is softer) and tighten with a fork or a knife through the dough surface, so it is somewhat divided.

In a preheated 180 ° C for about 35 - Bake 40 minutes.

note to me: Next time maybe a thin layer of Dulce de Leche by half the brownie batter on it and then cancel the second half of the dough to give. Could be great.

The brownies are something different: the banana, they are juicy and fruity, and the Dulce de Leche caramel on the surface and is deliciously crisp reserves, but their creamy caramel flavor. Not to compare with a "real" Banoffee pie, but no less glorious.

Isitdangerous To Have A Low Bmi

Spicy tomato-coconut soup.

Today I had an inexplicable craving for tomato soup. Inexplicable because I really do not like tomato soup. Therefore, the classical version also fell flat and was modified to a more exotic form.

For this you need:
  • tomatoes (about 500g) chopped tomatoes
  • happened (about 300 g) has, who desire, time and the right season, of course, can take like fresh tomatoes. 1 can of coconut milk
  • (400 g)
  • vegetable broth (250 ml or more) 1 onion
  • coriander, curry, chili, salt and pepper
The preparation is really fix:
Chop onions and saute in olive oil, with Pour vegetable broth. Coconut milk, chopped and passed Add tomatoes, can bring to a boil and then simmer over a lower temperature for about 10 minutes further leave. Season with coriander, curry, salt and pepper, also good according to taste, add more chili. Whom the consistency is too thick, are simply a little more broth or water.

perfect fit to do baguette.

I'm thrilled: Tomato soup can really taste great! I especially love the texture: The tomato and coconut milk soup is a little harder and you have rather the feeling of eating something "proper". And coriander, curry and coconut soup gets a wonderful exotic flavor, the fruity tomato flavor perfectly underscores.

This soup was definitely not the last time cooked. :)

Back-A-Sound: Twix-White Cupcakes

Recently I was invited to join in the new Back-A-Ton on bakingthelaw . Although I really am too lazy most to participate in such actions, I immediately had an idea in his head and was suddenly totally motivated.
task was to craft a cupcake or with their favorite candy bar and I chose White Twix - I love the fact idolatrous.

up there You now see the result: caramel and vanilla cupcakes with white chocolate cream cheese cream and caramel topping. And what can I say? They are indeed very similar to the original.

Need your doing this:
  • 1 tin milkmaid (sweetened condensed milk)
  • 2 eggs 150 g sugar
  • 1 Pk. Caramel-vanilla sugar (there are of Ostmann, otherwise it also does normal vanilla sugar - is missing then stop the caramel)
  • 120 g soft butter
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 175 g flour
  • 120 ml milk
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 200 g white chocolate 50 g butter
The can is naïve to Dulce de Leche, so to liquid caramel, in which she lays her about 2.5 hours in simmering water (remove the paper before). It should just take care that the can is always covered with water.
cool well after cooking - the best you prepare the caramel to the night before, because it takes it quite a lot of time.

eggs, sugar and caramel and vanilla sugar until frothy, then add the softened butter and mix well. Flour, baking powder and salt and stir briefly, then gradually add the milk, and let it mix well.
Pour batter into muffin tins and bake in preheated 180 ° C for about 30 minutes. Allow to cool! Melt

For the cream chocolate and butter together in a water bath and then enter the fresh cheese. Stir the mixture vigorously and allow to cool briefly. Then pour into a pastry bag and decorate the cupcakes with it.

Finally, the dulce de leche (2 - 3 tablespoons of it) warm up a bit to make it liquid, then pour into a freezer bag. Cut a small corner of it and give the caramel to the cream.

The project has really been fun and the result speaks for itself I think. Above all, the cupcakes taste really great - the will I certainly do again!

PS: If you like, you can put a little bit before baking Twix White on the raw dough, then you have a delicious cupcake in the core.

Thank-you - Minister = Funeral Service??

Cackling fried rice.

I must confess to my shame: Up to this day I have never eaten chickpeas. Since I'm now so had to change but sometimes it was with me today fried rice with just these funny named things, ground beef, peppers and raisins. And yes, you can simply omit the raisins. ;)
The rice was there is a yogurt dip, since otherwise so has no proper sauce (and I live with a Swabian - without sauce does not work) - the combination I was already at the couscous always fantastic and also makes them wonderfully.

For the fried rice you need: 1 bag of rice
  • (mixed) 300g minced
  • 1-2 peppers (red or yellow) 1 can of chickpeas
  • 1 red onion
  • something
  • garlic salt, pepper, chili, cinnamon and curry powder 2 cups plain yogurt
  • lemon juice
cook the rice. Meanwhile, chop the peppers and the onion and garlic . Hack
mince fry seasoning and add the onions, garlic and paprika and fry until the meat is. Then add the raisins, chick peas and the rice season, all with cinnamon, curry and chilli and save in any case, salt and pepper - to taste so diligently. For the dip your
stirred the yogurt with just a little lemon juice and salt and pepper.

This was definitely not my last time with chickpeas. Let's see what I can still do so Sun :)

Improvised Thai curry.

the LOVER was for rice, even with a "sharp" - which lends itself better to a Thai curry?
without prescription, but with all the thousands of hungry, I went then to the kitchen, surrounded by:
  • basmati rice (1 bag)
  • 300 g chicken breast fillet
  • 1 can of coconut milk
  • red curry paste
  • some tomato puree
  • 3-5 carrots (depending on size)
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • a little peanut butter
  • salt, pepper, lemon grass, chili, paprika
First, I have the green onions, carrots, pepper and the meat cut into pieces and then in oil (coconut-chili Oil in my case - highly recommended and appropriate) browned and season with salt and pepper. Stir in the curry paste, then - how much you take it depends very much on the particular paste. Mine was not sooooo hot, so I put about 2 tablespoons. * Estimated *
Now you poured on the whole with the coconut milk and stir in the tomato paste. Season with lemon grass, chili and paprika, Stir in peanut butter, and possibly prevent the liquid.
simmer a little (10 minutes) and then serve with the rice.
the rice is banking on your best, just before you give add the coconut milk, then adjusts the time quite well, I think.

Was very tasty and love once again claimed to have found a court for its "Top 5". He says, however, every time, so slowly I do not take him more seriously. ;)

Scuba 5mm 7mm Beginner

Not too tasty.

Since I live close to the Danish border, can be found here in nearly every supermarket and lots of Danish and Scandinavian food - especially sweets. Since I can not resist, of course. Especially when it comes to licorice.

With Haribo "Pepito" I am, however, rather like on the nose.

The small, colorful beads taste awfully sweet and artificial-fruity, while the licorice core is far too weak and, moreover, a rather rubbery added.
pity, I am always enormously, if I find something delicious - but it does not always hold. ;)

Happy New Year Everyone!

a beautiful good morning everyone! I hope you had a fabulous New Year's Eve Party and a lovely new year!
there thanks to strong winds today no fireworks photos because a) I was too busy to get away from the missiles that were buzzing pretty random in the area and b) could be precisely those rockets did not catch really, because they were blown to exactly where you * not * with counted them.
Regardless, this is something to eat. Above you see my New Years cupcakes, which I'm incredibly proud. The recipe originally from my stammpt Oetker Cupcakes book , where there are called "green field Cakes" and have marzipan flowers on the grass. I have taken rather small sugar flowers and marzipan toadstools small horseshoe lucky pennies and handicrafts - sweet, right?

needed for your Cakes:

For the dough:
  • 2 egg whites 1 pinch salt 160 g sugar
  • 1 Pk. Vanilla sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 150 g soft butter
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 level teaspoon baking powder
  • 70 ml orange juice

For the topping:
  • 70 g dark chocolate
  • 50 ml milk 70 g butter, softened
  • 50 g of sieved icing sugar
To garnish:
  • 200 g marzipan
  • 50 g icing sugar (I omitted, since sweet enough)
  • some marzipan for the pennies and horseshoe
  • sugar fungi
  • food coloring (green, red, yellow) beat
  • a little dark chocolate

Energy Protein with a pinch of salt until stiff. About 3 minutes continue to beat while gradually add half the sugar and vanilla sugar.
In another bowl, egg yolks with the remaining sugar, butter and oil until fluffy. Mix flour with baking powder and stir in alternately with the orange juice at the lowest level with a hand mixer. Last fold in the beaten egg whites carefully into two portions.
distribute the dough on the muffin tins and bake at preheated 180 ° C for about half an Hours baking. Heat

For the chocolate cream milk in a pan gently (do not boil!), then remove from oven, break the chocolate into small pieces and melt in the milk. Until smooth and stir to cool a little.
the butter with the powdered sugar until fluffy. Gradually stir in the chocolate, then maybe just cold.
The cream on the cupcakes and the cakes about 15 minutes, then cold.

In the meantime, the marzipan (with powdered sugar or not) colored with green food color.
Small portions of it through the most unused garlic press and press the "grass" on the chocolate cream . Distribute

the marzipan for the pennies I colored with red and yellow, then rolled out and put out with the shell of a Hello Kitty candy lipstick. Labello a cover, it certainly does. : D
For the horseshoe I used marzipan and easily formed small loops. I have decorated both with dark chocolate.

course it was not all. Because I have nothing else to do so, I've also still champagne truffles crafted :

But you need:
300 g white chocolate (because of the decoration also like to see more)
100 g butter 50 g icing sugar

4 tablespoons champagne (or even also dry sparkling wine) 1 teaspoon lemon juice

something bittersweet chocolate for decoration

125 g chocolate chopping and boiling water.
powdered sugar and butter until fluffy, fold in the chocolate (cooled slightly), add champagne, lemon juice and mix to a smooth cream. This then became a little cold, perhaps also in the freezer. Then
form small balls from the crowd and make it turn a bit cold. The problem is that the truffle is extremely delicate and immediately on contact melting. Next time I will use a hollow body. * Memo to hack on myself *
The remaining 125 g of chocolate and melt, and small hineintunken the balls short. It can not hurt to have some chocolate on the way, because it may happen that the balls start to melt the chocolate and then you have no liquid chocolate anymore, but truffle mud (delicious, but to decorate stupid). Set the finished chocolates on a baking paper on a tray, then dissolve it easier and you do not go after clean.
to dry chocolate and then melt the bittersweet chocolate and pour into a freezer bag, Cut a tiny corner of it and decorate the balls with it.
Finished truffles must be stored cool - quiet in the refrigerator.

Last but not least I had planned for months to make New Year's Eve at champagne cupcakes with champagne cream :

Was not that easy to find a recipe for it, but thanks Jeanny I could implement my plan, then after all. The recipe can be found here .
The topping is very, very sweet, but in combination with the Cakes (which in turn are just not as sweet) super tasty!

Sun Then enjoy views of the day off and prepare to 2011. The fact is a wonderful great year. I decided. :)
