Back-A-Sound: Twix-White Cupcakes


















Recently I was invited to join in the new Back-A-Ton on bakingthelaw . Although I really am too lazy most to participate in such actions, I immediately had an idea in his head and was suddenly totally motivated.
task was to craft a cupcake or with their favorite candy bar and I chose White Twix - I love the fact idolatrous.

Need your doing this:
  • 1 tin milkmaid (sweetened condensed milk)
  • 2 eggs 150 g sugar

  • 120 g soft butter
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 175 g flour
  • 120 ml milk
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 200 g white chocolate 50 g butter

Pour batter into muffin tins and bake in preheated 180 ° C for about 30 minutes. Allow to cool! Melt

For the cream chocolate and butter together in a water bath and then enter the fresh cheese. Stir the mixture vigorously and allow to cool briefly. Then pour into a pastry bag and decorate the cupcakes with it.

Finally, the dulce de leche (2 - 3 tablespoons of it) warm up a bit to make it liquid, then pour into a freezer bag. Cut a small corner of it and give the caramel to the cream.

The project has really been fun and the result speaks for itself I think. Above all, the cupcakes taste really great - the will I certainly do again!

PS: If you like, you can put a little bit before baking Twix White on the raw dough, then you have a delicious cupcake in the core.
